On route to the Cult of the Dying Sun's base, Gogglepip persuades Karl to stop at the floating market of Karshish so that he can restock his kit, having sacrificed much on the island of the gem in order to release it.

• Gogglepop? recouped stock from stall of Alltings? the Gnome, who appeared very similar to Young Duffy? in Bargle's End?
• D'Erec spotted Kit leaving The Caravel. Suspicious of her actions, followed her.
• Elisar headed towards the Port Warden? to seek information, but on the way discovered that someone in the crowd had stolen his Silver Raven?
